Safety & Security

All units have a call system linked to a 24-hour staff, smoke and fire alarms and a secure, outside main entrance. St. Luke's Hospital, doctors and ancillary are across the street. Immediate maintenance service is available 24 hours a day and routine maintenance is performed on a set schedule. Landscaping and grounds maintenance are also included.

Comfort, Convenience & Fun

Apartment homes are tastefully decorated with wall-to-wall carpet, washer and dryer set, and a kitchen with all major appliances included. With your home comes use of all common areas such as the library, with a shared computer; exercise room; billiard room; meeting and private dining room; and extra storage space for seasonal items. Weekly outings and trips will be available to all residents. Cookouts, wine and cheese parties, birthday events and holiday celebrations will all be a part of our "family life." Wellness programs, health and life seminars and exercise classes are sure to improve your health and happiness.

Services & Care

Continental breakfast is provided daily in our main dining room, except Sunday. The evening meal, with a menu chosen by the resident, is served every evening. Sunday offers a brunch each week. Weekly housekeeping, including bed linen changing, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, dusting, vacuuming and trash disposal are all part of your services. Utilities (except telephone), basic cable, pest control, taxes and structural insurance are also included.
